Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the “Legacy in Gold 2.0” promotional campaign (“Campaign”) organised by GamBit Group (“the Company”). By participating in this Campaign, the participant (“Client” or “Settlor”) agrees to be bound by the following terms outlined below:

1. Campaign Period

1.1 The Campaign will run from 2 October 2025 to 31 December 2025, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

1.2 Eligibility under this Campaign shall be subject to the Client having:

  • Successfully subscribed to the One++ portfolio and completed all requisite onboarding procedures; and
  • Duly executed and completed the corresponding Trust Deed, within the Campaign Period.
2. Eligibility

2.1 The Campaign is open exclusively to clients subscribing to the One++ portfolio offered by the Company.

2.2 Clients who subscribe to other trust products, private mandates, or products/services offerings outside of One++ are not eligible.

2.3 Employees, agents, or representatives of the Company are not entitled to participate unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.

3. Reward Mechanics

3.1 Eligible Clients will receive one (1) gram of 999.9 gold (bar form) for every RM50,000 subscribed to One++.

3.2 Gold rewards will be awarded strictly based on completed multiples of RM50,000. Partial subscription amounts below RM50,000 will not qualify for rewards unless the Client performs a top-up within the Campaign Period to meet the next eligible threshold.

Example:

  • RM70,000 subscription = 1g of Gold Bar
  • Additional RM30,000 top-up = total RM100,000 → 2g of Gold Bar

3.3 The gold reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and will be physically delivered.

3.4 Clients may sell or dispose of the gold at their own discretion and cost through third-party dealers or jewellers (e.g., Poh Kong), subject to prevailing market conditions and handling charges.

4. Subscription Lock-in

4.1 All qualifying subscriptions must be held for a minimum of one (1) year from the subscription date.

4.2 Premature withdrawal or breach of subscription terms may lead to disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of the gold reward.

5. Fulfilment & Delivery

5.1 Clients who complete both subscription and Trust Deed execution by the end of any month during the Campaign Period will receive their gold reward by the 7th day of the following month.

6. Lucky Draw

6.1 All Clients who qualify under the Campaign will be automatically entered into a lucky draw at the end of the Campaign Period.

6.2 Lucky Draw Entries will be allocated as follows:

  • RM10,000 – RM99,999 = 1 entry
  • RM100,000 – RM249,999 = 10 entries (x2 multiplier = 20 entries)
  • RM250,000 – RM499,999 = 25 entries (x3 multiplier = 75 entries)
  • RM500,000 & above = 50 entries (x4 multiplier = 200 entries)

6.3 Lucky Draw Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: RM250,000
  • 1st Prize: 10g Gold Bar
  • 2nd Prize: 5g Gold Bar
  • 3rd Prize: 3g Gold Bar
  • 17 Consolation Prize: AEON Vouchers (RM200 each)

6.4 Lucky Draw Mechanism:

i. After the campaign ends, a preliminary draw will be conducted to shortlist 20 finalists.

ii. These finalists will be invited to attend the Main Lucky Draw Event organized by the Organizer.

iii. In the event the finalist cannot attend the event, he/she shall appoint a representative to attend the event on half. Should there be no representative, the company has the right to disqualify the eligibility of the finalist in the lucky draw and draw another name to replace the finalist to participate in the draw.

iv. During the Main Lucky Draw Event:

  • 19 finalists will be selected through the draws to determine the 2nd, 3rd, and Consolation Prize winners.
  • The final remaining finalist will proceed to the Grand Draw, to determine whether he/she gets the Grand Prize or 1st Prize.

v. Grand Draw & 1st Prize Mechanics:

  • 100 sealed envelopes will be presented.
  • 1 envelope contains the Grand Prize voucher (i.e. RM250,000 in cash).
  • 99 envelopes contain the 1st Prize voucher (i.e. 10g Gold Bar).
  • The finalist can only pick 1 envelope.
  • If the Grand Prize voucher is picked, the finalist wins RM250,000.
  • If not, the finalist receives the 1st Prize (i.e. 10g Gold Bar).
7. Prize Terms

7.1 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash or other products/services.

7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any prize with an item of similar value without prior notice.

7.3 Winners are responsible for any tax implications, fees, or incidental expenses arising from prize acceptance and use.

8. General Terms

8.1 This Campaign may not be combined or stacked with any other ongoing promotions, rebates, discounts, or campaigns offered by the Company.

8.2 The Company reserves the right to:

  • Substitute the gold reward with an item of equivalent value without prior notice;
  • Amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without liability;
  • Disqualify any participant found in breach of these T&Cs or the One++ subscription terms.

8.3 All decisions made by the Company in relation to this Campaign (including reward entitlement, eligibility, or dispute resolution) shall be final and binding.

8.4 These T&Cs shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
