Campaign Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the “Race to Gold” promotional campaign (“Campaign”) organised by Gambit Group (“Company”). By participating in this Campaign, the participant (“Client” or “Settlor”) agrees to be bound by the following T&Cs.

1.1 The Campaign will run from 1 April 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Campaign Period”).

1.2 Eligibility under this Campaign is subject to the participant having:

• successfully subscribed to a trust plan and completed all required onboarding procedures; and
• duly executed the corresponding Trust Deed within the Campaign Period.

2.1 This Campaign is open to new and existing participants of the following plans:

• One++ Private Trust II
• Inheritance Insurance Trust
• Barakah Amanah

2.2 Participants must maintain an active account in good standing throughout the Campaign Period.

2.3 Any premature withdrawal, termination, or breach of subscription terms may result in disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of the gold reward, at the Company’s discretion.

3.1 Gold rewards will be issued based on the total qualifying subscription amount during the Campaign Period:

• Every subscription of RM100,000 – Receive 1g gold bar
• Every subscription of RM500,000 – Receive 6g gold (issued as 5g + 1g)
• Every subscription of RM1,000,000 – Receive 12g gold (issued as 5g + 5g + 1g + 1g, OR 10g + 1g + 1g)

3.2 Gold rewards may be provided in multiple denominations and may not be issued as a single gold bar of equivalent total weight.

3.3 The combination & denomination of gold bars shall be determined by the Company at its sole discretion, subject to availability.

4.1 Gold rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-redeemable for cash, credit, or other products/services.

4.2 The gold bar brand, design, and specification will be determined by the Company and may vary depending on availability.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to substitute the gold reward with an item of similar value without prior notice.

4.4 Participants shall be responsible for any taxes, fees, or incidental expenses arising from the acceptance or use of the reward, where applicable.

5.1 Gold rewards will be issued within 60 - 90 days upon completion of the Trust Deed, subject to stock availability from the appointed gold supplier.

6.1 By participating in this Campaign, participants agree and consent that the Company may use their name, photograph, video, testimonial, and/or likeness for publicity, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes, in any media format, without prior notice or additional compensation.

6.2 Participants may be requested to take part in reasonable promotional activities related to the Campaign, including photography or video recording.

7.1 The Company reserves the right to:

• amend, vary, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or any part thereof at any time without prior notice or liability;
• disqualify any participant found to be in breach of these T&Cs.

7.2 All decisions made by the Company in relation to this Campaign, including eligibility and reward entitlement, shall be final and binding.
